On August 19, 2025, Mr. Peng Yizhong, Chairman of our company, together with Ms. Guo Xiaoyu, Board Secretary, visited Hubei Chenke Farming Group Co., Ltd. They conducted in-depth discussions with Mr. Dai Xiaofang, Chairman of Hubei Chenke, and Mr. Chen Xiaolin, Deputy General Manager, on potential cooperation. The two sides conducted pragmatic and productive talks on cooperation models and implementation pathways regarding the poultry farming project promoted by Shanghai Jianhang in Nigeria and reached a consensus on future collaboration.

As a leading enterprise in the field of aquaculture in China, Hubei Chenke has accumulated extensive experience in healthy farming, safe feed, and quality control, which provides a solid foundation for this cooperation. During the visit, Chairman Peng and his delegation toured Chenke’s modern packaging and cold storage workshops, gaining a systematic understanding of its advanced healthy farming concepts and technical systems.

The core of this meeting lies in supporting the construction of the poultry and egg production project in Nigeria. The project aims to establish an integrated industrial chain covering chick rearing, layer farming, egg collection, automated packaging, and cold chain storage, thereby achieving full-process quality control “from chick to table” to ensure consistently stable and superior product quality. Leveraging Chenke’s mature experience and technological advantages in key intelligent processes such as precision feeding, smart watering, environmentally friendly manure treatment, and automated egg collection, the project is expected to achieve breakthrough upgrades and drive the modernization of the poultry and egg industry in Nigeria.
