On the morning of February 18, 2025, the delegation of Shanghai Jianhang Investment Co., Ltd. was invited by Anambra State Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo to attend a specialized work breakfast. Both parties conducted in-depth consultations on strategic planning and implementation paths for three core projects: the Dream World Resort, Poultry Farming Base, and Smart Terminal Manufacturing Plant.

Governor Soludo stated: “We highly appreciate Chairman Peng Yizhong and his team’s strategic focus on Anambra State’s development potential. Our state remains committed to an open‑cooperation philosophy and looks forward to unlocking new growth opportunities with forward‑looking investors.”

Chairman Peng Yizhong emphasized that Shanghai Jianhang actively responds to the “Belt and Road” Initiative, deepens international production capacity cooperation, and promotes high-quality China-Nigeria cooperation in line with the concept of a community with a shared future for humanity. He noted: “Anambra State contains significant development opportunities, and both sides will continue to explore cooperation potential across multiple fields, achieving mutually beneficial and win-win strategic goals.”

In the afternoon, the delegation visited the Anambra State Solution Innovation District (SID), listened to a special briefing by Chinwe Okoli, the Special Adviser to the Governor, on high-tech industry cluster cultivation and innovation policy systems, and conducted feasibility discussions on industrial park construction and industrial incubator operation models.
