On September 17, 2025, Mr. Peng Yizhong, Chairman of our company, led a delegation to Tongguan (Lujiang) Mining Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group in Anhui Province, for an inspection and exchange on the management and operation of nonferrous metals production. Accompanied by senior executives of Tongguan (Lujiang) Mining, the delegation toured key production and living facilities, including the mineral processing workshop, hoisting shaft, central control center, water treatment center, emergency management center, and employee recreational areas. Detailed presentations were provided on the company’s profile, copper mining and mineral processing techniques, safety production management, and information technology development.

During the visit, the two sides engaged in warm and productive discussions, exchanging views on mine safety and environmental protection, occupational health, production capacity enhancement, and the implementation of networked, informatized, and streamlined enterprise management. In-depth dialogues were held on the progressive application of intelligent photoelectric sorting, machine vision, and unmanned machinery in mining and mineral processing operations. Both parties also shared insights on future metal market trends and the inevitable path toward scientific development in the mining industry.
