On December 16, 2025, a delegation from Shanghai Jianhang, led by Ms. Guo Xiaoyu, arrived in Hefei City to hold in-depth discussions with the international trade department of Anhui Export-Import Bank. The two sides conducted consultations on payment arrangements and fund operations for the AVA Cement Plant project in Nigeria, aiming to provide financial support for the smooth progress of the project and lay a solid financial foundation for its implementation.
