On June 13,2026 senior management of Shanghai Jianhang Investment Co., Ltd. accompanied Mr. Lucky, a key business partner from Nigeria, on an on-site inspection visit to Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (SDLG). Both parties explored in-depth cooperation opportunities for second-hand construction machinery and discussed the joint establishment of a localized construction machinery service platform in Nigeria.
The delegation visited the SDLG Museum, the excavator workshop, the loader workshop, and the second-hand equipment storage yard of the remanufacturing division. The team gained a comprehensive understanding of SDLG’s brand development history and its comprehensive strengths in complete machine manufacturing, equipment remanufacturing, and full-life-cycle equipment management.
During the field visit, Mr. Lucky carefully inspected the operating conditions of second-hand excavators, loaders and other equipment. He highly recognized SDLG equipment for its stable performance, durability and outstanding adaptability to African infrastructure construction conditions.
In the follow-up business negotiation, Mr. Lucky confirmed clear procurement intentions and plans to introduce second-hand construction machinery such as excavators through Jianhang to support local road construction, housing projects and other infrastructure initiatives in Nigeria.
Mr. Lucky pointed out that Nigeria’s infrastructure market continues to expand, driving strong local demand for second-hand construction machinery. However, the local supporting system covering equipment sales, maintenance and leasing remains incomplete. Against this backdrop, he proposed a cooperation initiative to jointly build a comprehensive construction machinery service center in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, in partnership with Jianhang and SDLG. The proposed center will cover a full industrial chain including second-hand equipment sales, machinery leasing, after-sales maintenance and spare parts supply.

Jianhang’s senior officials stated that this field visit has effectively smoothed the upstream and downstream industrial cooperation channels. Going forward, the company will work with SDLG to refine the implementation plan for the Abuja service center, build an integrated system covering equipment supply and overseas operation & maintenance services, facilitate the high-quality development of Nigeria’s infrastructure industry, and expand long-term Sino-African cooperation in the construction machinery sector.
