On December 24, 2025, Mr. Peng Yizhong, Chairman of our company, led a delegation to the headquarters of Beijing Jinyu Group to discuss matters related to the production line for the AVA Cement Plant in Edo State, Nigeria, with Jidong Equipment, a subsidiary of Jinyu Group. Relevant leaders from Jinyu Jidong Equipment Company attended the meeting. Through friendly consultations, both parties reached preliminary consensus on the design, construction, and equipment procurement for the production line of the AVA Cement Plant in Edo State, Nigeria.

The project will adopt Chinese standards, Chinese design, Chinese equipment, and a Chinese operational system. This not only contributes to the export of Chinese industrial capabilities but also marks another strategic move in Shanghai Jianhang’s import and export industrial investment portfolio.
