On the afternoon of January 5, representatives from the Investment Business Division and Overseas Trade Department of our company held a specialized meeting with Mr. Ye Jiajun, a representative of Qingdao Damu Machinery Co., Ltd., in the conference room of our headquarters. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on key topics including the application of intelligent farming equipment and the green upgrading of the farming industry. Multiple consensuses were reached on building a cooperation bridge, promoting the implementation of technology, and achieving mutual benefit, injecting new momentum into the transformation of our company’s agricultural farming sector toward scale, intelligence, and environmental sustainability.

At the beginning of the meeting, the head of our Investment Business Division introduced the current status of the Nigeria 1.2-million-layer farming project invested in and constructed by our company. He highlighted the urgent needs in areas such as intelligent equipment support, precise environmental control, and efficient manure treatment. As a benchmark enterprise in the global livestock equipment sector, Qingdao Damu’s experience in the research and development of intelligent farming equipment and engineering services is particularly valuable. It is hoped that this meeting will serve as a platform to introduce high-quality resources and foster cooperation.

Mr. Ye, the representative of Qingdao Damu, provided a detailed introduction to the company’s core strengths. As a national high-tech enterprise, Damu has been dedicated to the farming equipment sector for nearly two decades. It has established a comprehensive product system covering full sets of large-scale intelligent equipment for livestock and poultry, supported by a research and development team of over 200 members, 403 authorized patents, and participation in the formulation or revision of 21 industry standards. Upholding the mission of “making farming simple, reliable, environmentally friendly, and efficient,” Damu’s core products include intelligent environmental ventilation systems, precision feeding equipment, and manure treatment solutions, enabling automated control throughout the entire farming process.

Mr. Ye specifically shared the company’s experience in overseas benchmark projects. For instance, the million-level automated broiler farming system customized for Saudi Arabia successfully addressed farming challenges in extreme high-temperature environments through core technologies such as emergency ventilation and temperature control. The intelligent layer farming system developed for Russia helped local farms increase egg production rates by 4% and raise the number of birds managed per worker to over 70,000.

During the exchange and discussion session, both sides focused on precise alignment with the farming industry’s needs. In response to the practical demands of large-scale farms, Mr. Ye proposed a cooperation model of “customized solutions + full-cycle services.” This model involves tailoring integrated systems for environmental control, feeding management, and manure treatment based on different farming species and site conditions, while also providing full-chain services such as equipment installation, technical training, and remote operation and maintenance. Our technical team engaged in in-depth discussions with the other side on issues such as equipment adaptability, post-deployment operational costs, and epidemic prevention and control.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties reached multiple cooperation agreements: first, to establish a regular communication mechanism and form a dedicated liaison team to advance the implementation of cooperation details; second, to introduce Damu’s intelligent farming equipment and management models to create a smart farming demonstration base; third, to explore collaborative innovation paths integrating industry, academia, and research; and fourth, to build a technical training platform, with Damu providing professional technical support to enhance the operational and managerial capabilities of farming practitioners regarding intelligent equipment.

The representative of Qingdao Damu expressed that the company will fully leverage its technological, product, and service advantages to promote practical cooperation. Our side emphasized that this meeting has laid a solid foundation for bilateral collaboration. The next step will be to fully promote the implementation of cooperation projects to achieve tangible results as soon as possible, using technological empowerment and equipment upgrades as key drivers to accelerate the green and intelligent transformation of the industry.
