On January 30, 2026, Mr Peng Yizhong , the Chairman of Shanghai Jianhang, together with heads of various departments, carried out an on-site inspection at the AVA Cement Plant project in Edo State, Nigeria.

The inspection team conducted a field survey of the works already completed in the early stage, and carefully checked the project construction, finished product protection, as well as equipment and facilities conditions. They held discussions with shareholders, senior executives and technical principals of AVA Cement Plant, conducting in-depth communication on key matters including project construction, validity and compliance of government approvals, laying a solid foundation for subsequent project investment and operation.

In the afternoon of the same day, the Chairman and his entourage also surveyed the cement plant’s limestone mine and surrounding areas, investigating investment conditions such as the current mine status, limestone reserves, mining and transportation, so as to fully grasp the core resource situation of the project.
